No, residents who would like an air conditioner(s) would have to rent an air conditioner from Management during the months of May to September.
No, WiFi is not included in the rent. However, residents can connect to the community WiFi available in two common areas at Taft Farm, or they can create their own wifi network in their apartment by signing up for a personal account with Comcast.
