Off-street parking is available surrounding the building. Additional underground parking may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis for an additional fee. A bike storage room is provided at no additional cost, and residents have access to a beauty salon, library, community recreation room, outdoor community patio, and community kitchen and dining room.

We will contact you once we begin reviewing your application. Any credit check fees associated with your application are non-refundable once application review has begun.

We will hold the rental for your group during application review as we verify any outstanding items.
Once approved, your group will have the opportunity to schedule a virtual or in-person showing before finalizing the leasing process.
Step 5: Sign, pay, and move-in
Sign lease, pay deposit and 1st month’s rent, and move into your new home!
