Missing information or attachments (such as 1 month of recent pay stubs), unexplained gaps in rental or work history, or inaccurate personal info may prevent our team from reviewing your application.
Step 2: First come, first serve
Please wait to hear back about the status of your application, which typically takes 1-2 business days as we process applications that may be ahead of yours.

Step 3: Application review
We will contact you once we begin reviewing your application. Any credit check fees associated with your application are non-refundable once application review has begun.
Step 4: Virtual or in-person tour
We will hold the rental for your group during application review as we verify any outstanding items.
Once approved, your group will have the opportunity to schedule a virtual or in-person showing before finalizing the leasing process.
Step 5: Sign, pay, and move-in
Sign lease, pay deposit and 1st month’s rent, and move into your new home!
