We are excited to announce that maintenance has installed a new underground garage security gate at your apartment building! Here’s what you need to know:
- The garage security gate will remain open as we test the hardware
- Residents will get their personal gate opener after testing is complete
- Please don’t reach out to us — we will reach out to you!
- You will hear from your property manager soon to set up a time to get your garage gate opener
- Afterwards, we will send notice that the doors are “in use,” and residents will need to use their garage gate opener to park their car in the underground garage
