About

Gardenside Commons is a mixed-use commercial and apartment community located in Essex, Vermont.  The commercial building is situated near the entrance of the property with multiple apartment buildings set privately in the back.

100 Griffin Lane includes twenty-four 1-bedroom, 1-bath and 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartments that are located in a three floor apartment building at the center of the property. 

31-85 Griffin Lane includes twenty-four 2-bedroom, 1-bath townhouse styled apartments that are positioned around the perimeter.

Each of these two different apartment building types have a unique set of features and amenities.

Property

Construction of the 100 Griffin Lane was completed in 2019, and construction of 31-85 Griffin Lane was completed in 2020.  The 100 Griffin Lane building is equipped with secured exterior entry and elevator access.

Smoking is not allowed within any of the Gardenside Commons apartments or facilities.  One non-aggressive pet is allowed for each apartment along with a deposit, a monthly fee, and participation in a pet DNA program to discourage unwanted pet waste on the grounds.

Neighborhood

The grounds and surrounding area include open lawns and greens spaces.  Access to the VAST trail is less than 1 mile away, and Indian Brook Reservoir is 3 miles away.

Gardenside Commons is located at the intersection of Susie Wilson Road, VT Route 2, and VT Route 289 (also called the Connector) in Essex, Vermont.  It is only two miles from the historic 5 Corners business district of Essex Junction, Vermont, 1 mile from the shoppes and restaurants of the Essex Experience, and 5 miles from Interstate 89.
