Living out of state required us to turn over our rental properties to a rental manager. We are very demanding owners and will not rent an apartment that we would not live in ourselves. Full Circle is our third manager and they have exceeded all our expectations. Stephanie understands how we need tenant’s concerns addressed and her crew takes care of them. We always believe in “FaceTime” with our tenants. We check with the tenants and ask to make sure they’re taken care of with maintenance concerns and have never gotten a negative response. Additionally, the outsides of our units are well taken care of as well. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend other owners to give Full Circle a try!
