About
Property management—the Vermont way
Vermont is a special place, with both scenic properties and a community that balances self-reliance and caring for one another. We reflect those values in the way we do business.
We believe in ourselves, and we believe in each other. Our diverse and talented team know the value of a strong work ethic and a sound ethical compass. We take pride in our work, and the result is a strong connection between the people and properties we manage.
Small-sized company. Big-sized impact.
Having grown from a small team to an operation with three offices and a portfolio of half a million square feet of property, we’ve learned a thing or two about the dance between vision and determination. A singular focus on meeting our clients has been forged into our ethos.
Why enter the Circle?
Our experience has taught us that success is measured not only in short-term balance sheets, but also in achieving long-term, strategic goals. Our dedicated staff and wide range of professional services provide peace of mind that the risks of owning a property will be rewarded.
We meet our clients where they are.
We embrace the knowledge and insights that our clients bring as the starting point to achieve the best interests of each property or community we manage.

A note from our founder
It ends how it begins
Full Circle Property Management is not just a company. It’s also a passion of mine that is rooted in housing knowledge and experience that spans decades. My housing career began when I accepted a position with a multi-state property management firm located in central Florida. Later, my experience was deepened at a large-scale, affordable housing development in Burlington, Vermont. Then, I transitioned into a leadership role as the Vice President of Operations for that same firm specializing in commercial spaces, multifamily rentals, and independent senior living communities throughout Vermont.
Along the way, I learned to appreciate a saying that still guides me today: it ends how it begins.
Successful property management means understanding the implications of our actions, but it also means understanding the big picture before we start even the smallest of projects.
At Full Circle Property Management, we listen before we lead. Our team moves carefully at first to get to know the people and places that we have been trusted to manage. Whether that means reviewing rental applications, HOA or COA bylaws, or complying with permitting regulations – it’s a principle of mine to do things the right way and for the right reason.
