Communication updates @ Pinecrest Village

Your Pinecrest Village Association board is taking strides to share available information while opening lines of communication among community members. 

Full Circle Property Management is supporting this initiative by undertaking communication and software updates, the first of which will include the creation of (1) a Pinecrest Village Association Google Group and (2) a Pinecrest Village Association “Homeowner Portal” webpage.

Pinecrest Village Association Google Group

• https://groups.google.com/g/pinecrest-village
• Voluntary group (owners will receive an invitation to sign up in a separate email)
• Google and non-Google emails able to participate
• Owner/resident centered (membership will be limited to Pinecrest Village Association owners and residents)
• Aims to foster informal communication (not a replacement of other formal lines of communication that are needed for official association business, such as email or mail)
• Possible message topics could include info about local events or news, wildlife sightings, or free items/giveaways (not a place for personalized criticism or complaints about individuals or businesses)
• Messages must adhere to decency standards – see attached for an overview of expectations/guidelines that are required for participation

Homeowner Portal Webpage

This protected webpage will include links to governing documents, meeting minutes, and Pinecrest Village Association FAQ’s.  Much of the content of the Homeowner Portal will remain private (meant only for Pinecrest Village Association homeowners), so you will receive an email with instructions about how to access this webpage.
