When you moved-in to your apartment rental community earlier this month, we told you that the laundry rooms weren’t quite ready to use. The washer and dryer appliance deliveries had been delayed due to supply chain disruptions.
However, we committed to getting this project completed because we know how much it means to our residents, and today, we are excited to say that the construction team has delivered on their promise.
The laundry facilities are now open at 31 Cottonwood Drive!
But before you rush to finish your laundry, please follow these suggestions to keep our facilities clean, organized, and operational for the entire community:
- Set a timer on your cell phone when using the laundry facilities to prevent backups and frustration from your neighbors
- Don’t leave any of your personal belongings behind, or it may be promptly disposed of by the maintenance team
- Take a moment to pause and clean-up after yourself before leaving the laundry room so that dryer lint, drips of detergent, or fabric softener sheets don’t get left behind
- Promptly submit any online maintenance requests so that repairs can happen as quickly as possible
