I’ve worked with FCPM for 2 years as a property owner and I can’t say enough about the quality and level of professionalism of this group. As a general rule I don’t rate my experiences online, but in this case, I felt compelled to share. From the initial introduction, when Stephanie patiently answered every question I threw at her as a rather skeptical first time client, to the transition period where FCPM assumed managerial duties, to the ongoing relationship, I’ve been impressed with each person I’ve been in contact with. They are extremely communicative and transparent and are direct and fair with tenants. Being on the front lines with tenants is tough, but the FCPM crew does their very best in a challenging and divisive environment where fuses are short and stress levels are high. I’d enthusiastically recommend FCPM to any owner and from everything I’ve seen, tenants would be lucky to have a crew as responsive as this managing the building they call home.
