No, WiFi is not included in the rent. However, residents can connect to the community WiFi available in two common areas at Taft Farm, or they can create their own wifi network in their apartment by signing up for a personal account with Comcast.
Do I need to move my car when it snows at Taft Farm?
Yes – residents or guests who park their vehicles in the on-site parking areas must move their vehicle by 9:00AM when notified by management. This allows for timely and safe snow removal.
