Welcome to the Full Circle community!
We’re thrilled to welcome you to your new home with Full Circle Property Management! As your lease start date approaches, we want to make sure your transition is smooth, stress-free, and successful. Whether you’re new to Full Circle or a returning resident, this guide outlines the essential steps and helpful reminders to ensure everything is ready on move-in day.
Step 1: Activate Your Online Portal
The Online Portal is your go-to tool for viewing your account balance, submitting maintenance requests, and accessing lease documents. Each tenant is required to activate their Online Portal before their lease begins. If you need help setting it up, visit www.fullcirclevt.com or email us at info@fullcirclevt.com.
Step 2: Pay Any Outstanding Balance
Before we can schedule your move-in, you’ll need to pay your security deposit and rent for the first month. Each property has its own accepted payment methods, so please refer to your lease agreement for payment details.
- Online Portal payments: many (but not all) properties accept payments via the Online Portal, allowing you to make partial or full payments via debit card, credit card, or e-check. Transaction fees may apply for Online Portal payments.
- ACH payments: if required, must be setup several weeks in advance by completing our online form www.fullcirclevt.com/ach.
- Check or Money Order payments: If paying by check or money order, checks must be made payable to the property owner, not Full Circle! Please refer to your lease agreement for the Owner’s name. You can visit our office to drop payments at 346 Shelburne Rd, Burlington VT (ground floor), or you can mail your check or money order payments to PO BOX 4057, Burlington VT 05406. When writing a check, please reference your rental address in the notes section so we can quickly credit your payment to your account.
Step 3: Upload Proof of Renters Insurance
All tenants are required to carry renters insurance during their lease term. You’ll need to upload proof of insurance to your Online Portal before moving in. This protects both you and your belongings—and is a standard requirement across all Full Circle properties.
Step 4: Set Up Your Utilities
At least one tenant must set up any utility accounts listed as your responsibility in the lease (such as electricity or gas). Please do this several days before your move-in date to avoid delays.
• Most residents will use Green Mountain Power or Burlington Electric for electricity.
• If your unit has natural gas, Vermont Gas is the sole provider.
• If you’re renting a single-family home, you may also be responsible for water and sewer, but we’ll handle the account setup for those services.
No Early Move-Ins Around June 1st
June 1st is one of our busiest times of the year. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate early move-in requests around this date. We’ll contact you on or just before your move-in day with a specific appointment window. This gives our maintenance team time to finish all required cleaning, maintenance, and painting so your home is ready and in great condition.
Planning a Roommate Change or Sublet?
If you’re considering a summer sublet or roommate swap, don’t wait! Due to high demand, lease change requests submitted in May or June are subject to a rush processing fee . Submit your Lease Change Request Form as early as possible to avoid extra charges and delays. Please remember that requests are not guaranteed and must be approved before any changes can be made.
Note: If all tenants plan to vacate the rental, this is considered a lease break and follows a different process outlined in your lease.
