About
Eastwood Commons (EWC) is a multi family condominium community located in South Burlington, Vermont.
Eastwood Commons was completed in 2005 by Wright & Morrisey according to the architectural guidance of Lemay & Youkel Architects. The 89 individual condos feature both 1, 2, and 3 bedroom unit layouts. The building is equipped with a spacious entrance lounge and fireplace seating area with elevator access that connects the assigned parking spaces and individual locked storage units of the underground garage to 4 floors of condos. Many condos includes balcony access with a range of different views that include expansive south and west options or a more private view facing the lush, landscaped courtyard towards the north and east.
Heat, hot water, and central air conditioning are included in the Eastwood Commons monthly association dues.
Eastwood Commons Art Committee is responsible for the pictures displayed in the main floor elevator lobby as well as the elevator lobbies on the upper floors. New shows are hung several times a year using photographs taken by residents. The Art Committee screens the photos, does the necessary preparation work, prints, frames, and hangs the shows. Each show has a placard crediting the contributor and providing a description of their photographs.

Eastwood Commons (EWC) is a member of a larger, O’Dell Planned Urban Development (PUD) Association that includes several other multi family properties and commercial buildings.
EWC Rules & Regulations may allow for pets and unit rental with EWC Board review and approval.
Neighborhood
The grounds and surrounding area include paths and roadways that lead to open lawns and greens spaces of the O’Dell Planned Urban Development (PUD). Residents can enjoy an urban environment with restaurants, retail, and professional services, and the many parks and beaches of Lake Champlain and downtown Burlington are nearby.
EWC is located on Shelburne Road and it is only a 4 mile from access to Interstate 89.
