Construction of the 100 Griffin Lane was completed in 2019, and construction of 31-85 Griffin Lane was completed in 2020. The 100 Griffin Lane building is equipped with secured exterior entry and elevator access.
Smoking is not allowed within any of the Gardenside Commons apartments or facilities. One non-aggressive pet is allowed for each apartment along with a deposit, a monthly fee, and participation in a pet DNA program to discourage unwanted pet waste on the grounds.
