Cottonwood Crossing is a mixed-use commercial and apartment building community located in Williston, Vermont. Commercial spaces are situated near the entrance of the property and on the 1st floor of the apartment buildings. Apartments are located on the upper floors of buildings in the middle of the property with additional, future apartment buildings scheduled for construction at the back of the property.
32 Cottonwood Drive was built in 2021 and includes four studio apartments, eight 1-bedroom apartments, and twenty 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartments. There are 32 total apartments in this building represented by 13 different unit types.
